St. Mary’s Medical Center and Nicklaus Children’s Hospital Director of Dialysis, David Ramdon, has been appointed to the Council of the End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) Network for the State of Florida.  Council members are charged with exploring ways to enhance the excellence and safety of care provided to ESRD patients, optimize their quality of life, and improve collaboration among caregivers.  They are appointed from a pool of highly qualified medical professionals throughout the state.

Director of Dialysis since April 2005, Ramdon received an associate’s degree in health services administration from Miami-Dade Community College, and bachelor’s and master’s degrees in nursing/nursing administration from Florida Atlantic University.
