WEST PALM BEACH - Today Delray Medical Center and St. Mary’s Medical Center were recognized by the Traffic Safety Committee of Palm Beach County for sponsoring the 22nd Annual Distinguished Service Awards.  

The Traffic Safety Committee of Palm Beach County has been in existence since 1983 and their goal is to influence traffic safety and to make changes where necessary.

As the trauma service providers for Palm Beach County, both Delray Medical Center and St. Mary’s Medical Center take education and injury prevention very seriously.  The hospitals devote a significant amount of time to promoting public safety and trauma awareness in the community.
