WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. - Standing a proud 17.5 inches tall and weighing just 58 pounds, Thumbelina is the world’s smallest horse, but she has a big heart.  Her next stop is Nicklaus Children’s Hospital on November 9, where her tiny stature is certain to bring huge smiles to patients and their families.

Thumbelina was certified in September 2006 by the Guinness Book of World Records™ as World’s Smallest Horse, and starting in May of this year, she began a charity tour across the nation to raise money for children’s causes.
