Did you know that 96 percent of all car seats are installed improperly?

In an effort to support the wellbeing of all children in Palm Beach County, The Children's Hosptial at St. Mary's in conjunction with Palm Beach County Safe Kids Coalition, is hosting a monthly child safety car seat checkup event. Parents are invited to have certified Child Passenger Safety Technicians check their child’s car seat for proper installation, safety and recall status, and provide education.

The Children's Hospital at St. Mary's hosts a monthly Child Safety Car Seat Check held on the 2nd Friday of each month from 1 p.m. - 4 p.m.

You need an appointment to attend and can register by calling 561-340-4063. You must bring your child, car seat and vehicle to the event. If you need a new child restraint, a new one will be available for a donation. To register or obtain additional information call 561-340-4063.
