Community-Wide Health Screening & Wellness Fair

On Saturday, April 26 St. Mary’s Medical Center will offer a free community health screening & wellness fair.   In addition to the health screenings, St. Mary’s clinicians will be present to provide health lifestyle nutritional advice, stress management tips and complimentary physician referral resources.

The fun day will also feature a bounce house, face painting & other family friendly activities. Help us celebrate 70 years of faith, community and health care! 

Our free health screenings will include:

• Blood Glucose/Diabetes (Adult)
• Triglycerides (Adult)
• Blood Pressure (Adult & Kids)
• Body Mass Index (Adult)
• Stroke Risk Factors (Adult)
• Vision (Adult & Kids)

• Memory Disorder Screening (Adults)
