Safe Sitter is a medically accurate program that teaches boys and girls, ages 11-13, how to handle emergencies when caring for young children.

Basic child care skills taught at Safe Sitter include:

• Diapering
• Feeding
• How to entertain children and keep them safe
• What to do when a child stops breathing or chokes

The Safe Sitter course is taught on an as-needed basis. For example, if you have a pre-teenage child who would like to get together a group of friends to take the course our staff will accommodate setting up the course to coordinate with your desired schedule.
