Is it time for your mammogram? Call (561) 881-2828 to schedule your appointment at St. Mary's Medical Center and receive a free gift. If you come in for your mammogram during October, you will be entered in a drawing for a free pink iPod nano™ in celebration of National Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
To prepare for your appointment:
- Dress in a comfortable two piece outfit
- Avoid wearing deodorant, powders or creams
- Bring original films of any previous mammograms not performed here at The Imaging Center at St. Mary's Medical Center
To bring to your appointment:
- Bring your referral form from your doctor and your insurance car
- Call 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel your appointment
