Philippe Barthelemy Graham has earned the distinction of the first baby born in 2007 in Palm Beach County. Philippe arrived at 12:29 a.m. on Monday morning to parents Harold Graham and Fabiola Barthelemy. Born two weeks early, Philippe weighed 6 pounds, 8 ounces, and measured 20 inches at birth.
