St. Mary’s Medical Center stands out at Light the Night Walk
West Palm Beach, Fla. (October 5, 2009) – St. Mary’s Medical Center stands out at Light the Night Walk. For the third year in a row, St. Mary’s participated in the Light the Night Walk with the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society on Friday, October 9th. Over 300 employees and their family members lead the walk in bright green t-shirts representing St. Mary’s Medical Center. Not only did we have the largest walk team; St. Mary’s also raised the most money for the West Palm Beach walk. As a hospital, we raised over $16,000 for this great cause. Davide Carbone, CEO of St. Mary’s served as the Honorary Walk Chair and one of our oncology patients was this year’s Honored Hero.
