That’s why the Brain Injury Specialty Care Center at St. Mary’s Medical Center does more than provide acute inpatient rehabilitation services. It offers a caring touch, too. With advanced treatments and technologies, our highly specialized and experienced health care team works closely to coordinate each patient’s care. A Comprehensive Approach
Our specially-trained team is led by a physiatrist who is board-certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation, and brain injury medicine. Providing specialized care to treat the medical, physical, cognitive and emotional needs of a life-altering brain injury, our rehabilitation team is dedicated to helping patients and their families recover in a warm—but fully responsive—environment. A hospital-based unit, our Brain Injury Specialty Care Center offers immediate access to hospital physicians and services.
