We are committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience. To do so, we are actively working with consultants to update the website by increasing its accessibility and usability by persons who use assistive technologies such as automated tools, keyboard-only navigation, and screen readers.

We are working to have the website conform to the relevant standards of the Section 508 Web Accessibility Standards developed by the United States Access Board, as well as the World Wide Web Consortium's (W3C) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1. These standards and guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities. We believe that conformance with these standards and guidelines will help make the website more user friendly for all people.

Our efforts are ongoing. While we strive to have the website adhere to these guidelines and standards, it is not always possible to do so in all areas of the website. If, at any time, you have specific questions or concerns about the accessibility of any particular webpage, please contact so that we may be of assistance.

St. Mary’s Medical Center names Denver Hopkins as its new chief human resources officer. With more than 10 years of experience, Hopkins will oversee the human resources department of the hospital, along with labor relations and benefits, and work closely with the executive team to lead new strategies for employee engagement and development.

“We are very pleased to have Denver join the St. Mary’s team to provide leadership for our HR services, as our employees are the heart and soul of our organization,” said Gabrielle Finley-Hazle, CEO. “We feel confident that her passion for this position will be an invaluable asset to both St Mary’s Medical Center and the Palm Beach Children’s Hospital.”

Hopkins most recently served as Vice President of Human Resources for a large hospital in Nashville, Tennessee with more than 700 beds and 3,000 employees. Known as an employee advocate, she is focused on performance management in a healthy work environment. Earlier in her career, Hopkins was also an HR leader at two other hospitals in Broward and Miami-Dade Counties.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Business Administration from the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa, and a Master of Business Administration with a healthcare leadership concentration from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville.
